This starter was held up due to our ice storm, so it took 10 days to get here. But I fed it immediately and it doubled in six hours! Robust, sweet smelling, and I can hardly wait to bake with it! But I only ordered 1/3 cup, so I'm cultivating a bigger batch. Definitely a winner.
